Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide Friendly Companionship: Spend quality time with clients through conversation, favorite activities, hobbies, and shared interests.

Assist With Everyday Meals: Help prepare simple, nutritious meals, encourage regular hydration, and provide medication reminders as directed.

Maintain a Comfortable Home: Complete light housekeeping tasks to help keep clients’ living spaces neat and pleasant.

Encourage Safe Activities: Assist with appropriate mobility, short walks, community outings, and incidental transportation when needed.

Offer Personalized Support: Help clients follow their daily routines while promoting independence, comfort, and dignity.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A kind, patient personality and a genuine interest in supporting older adults.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Good communication skills and a responsible, dependable approach to work.
- Willingness to learn and follow client care instructions.
- No medical certification is required for this role. Paid onboarding and training are provided.
