What You’ll Do Each Day
- Spend quality time with clients through conversation, favorite pastimes, and companionship.
- Help prepare everyday meals and complete light housekeeping to keep the home welcoming.
- Drive or accompany clients to grocery stores, local appointments, errands, and community activities as needed.
- Assist with appropriate personal care tasks and help clients move safely around their homes.
- Encourage independence by providing respectful assistance tailored to each client’s daily routine.
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, patient individual who enjoys helping others and treats people with dignity.
- Willingness to work in homes where pets may be present.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal transportation for required client outings.
- Dependable attendance, clear communication, and a responsible approach to work.
- Willingness to complete the required screening and participate in orientation and training.
